We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a signature will be required on delivery. Why? Because we know your order is important to you. When you receive your shipping email, you know your order is on its way. To keep your order safe we’ll deliver to your delivery address only.

The delivery estimates displayed on product pages exclude bank holidays. Please note we dispatch goods from our showroom 5 days a week Monday to Friday.

Please note for next day delivery, orders must be made by 3:00pm.

Order Tracking Number

Peers will provide you with your tracking number by email by 6pm once your order has been dispatched.

Easter Bank Holiday Collection/Deliveries

During Bank Holiday weekends we have a limited collection & delivery service, however our normal services resume on Tuesdays for delivery on Wednesday onwards. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please call Peers should you wish to discuss your specific order.

Standard delivery – Royal Mail Special Delivery

Peers use Royal Mail Special Delivery regardless of how much you spend and you will normally receive your order by 1pm the next day. We deliver Monday to Saturday.

Deliveries to South West England, Scotland, Highlands & Northern Ireland may extend to 6pm.

Orders with a weekend dispatch will be delivered in 2/3 working days.

Lost Packages

Even though our packages are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, on very rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with Peers if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Peers.
